Accenture will lead a half day workshop with business leaders to help them understand how to properly evaluate blockchain use cases for their organizations. This workshop will leverage the Blockchain Value Framework Accenture and the WEF created based on an analysis of 79 blockchain projects, a survey of 550 blockchain professionals, and a dozen executive interviews (corresponding research report can be found here: https://www.weforum.org/reports/building-value-with-blockchain-technology-how-to-evaluate-blockchains-benefits).Participants will be able to assess a use case of their choice in real-time, leaving with increased confidence in carrying out blockchain initatives and strengthening their understanding of how to measure the value of blockchain technology. In addition, attendees will leave this workshop with the ability to return to their organizations and conduct similar workshops and assessments. We are truly teaching how to fish.
