Funding in private companies by the VCs and Angel investors is an effort intensive process with substantial transaction costs for both the investors and startups/SME’s. Additionally, the demand for continuous information and liquidity/value unlocking for the early investors puts great stress on the companies, leading to mistrust in the overall environment. In this demo, Sanjay will demonstrate a solution that uses a combination of: 1. Fabric blockchain, to bring symmetry and transparency in capturing value of the startup/SMEs 2. Ethereum blockchain, that helps (a) existing investors have their equity value in digital tokens and provide continuous view to the company’s changing value (b) potential investors have a transparent view of the company performance and shorten investment process with seamless token transfer, enhancing liquidity of the equity for both companies and investors
