The second half will focus on policies surrounding database cleanup issues with regard to Point-of-Contact cleanup, WHOIS, law-enforcement objectives, abuse monitoring and reporting, and the challenges involved in ensuring accuracy while minimizing the impact on the operators and the maintainers.
