Mike Roberts discusses the benefits, trade-offs, concepts, and patterns of serverless architecture and then demonstrates building a serverless application using AWS technology with API Gateway and Lambda. Along the way, Mike explores production-ready examples of serverless cloud ops using additional AWS products such as CodeBuild, CodePipeline, the Serverless Application Model (SAM), and CloudWatch.
