In this lightning talk I want to introduce the Root Canary Project that monitors the rollover of the Root KSK from many different vantage points. It should act as an early warning system if things go wrong during one of the phases of the rollover process. I first want to talk briefly about a couple of preliminary results. Then I want to invite network operators to participate at the project as well by providing insight into the behavior of their recursive resolvers during the rollover.
