It may be easy to go out and find IPv4 addresses to buy. But there are a lot of nuances to buying space well. In this presentation, I will describe the steps I think all purchasers should take (regardless of continent/legal environment of the countries involved), and share some nuances that not everyone is aware of. Special emphasis on buying addresses for use in China, and detecting and avoiding fraud in both the market and at the RIRs.
